Awful surgery. Impossible to get an appointment. Once took me weeks to get one and only got one when I cried down the phone as I was so desperate. It is such an ordeal to get any appointment and often takes 50 phone calls and then waiting on the phone for 40 minutes.

I find this surgery very good receptionists are very good doctors are brilliant couldn't ask for better care.

Receptionist are truly awful and expect you to tell them your life story and all the gruesome details!

Really awkward to make an appointment to see a GP without having to wait several weeks before seeing them and almost impossible to get appointment with my own Doctor, only been able to get an appointment with her once in three years

Absolutely useless! Tell them to not send prescription though to chemist next as they are also useless & what do they do send it through. Now the chemist can't find it! 5th incident last time with both mine & my moms repeat prescription the doctors hadn't done it correctly! Doctor asks to see my mom the. You go in & they say what can I do for you!

my wife made an appointment arrived to be told she could not be seen because she had the time wrong (this was not so ,it was they who had the time wrong)so she made another appointment for the next day because my wife said she was told the doctor had requested he see her because her blood count was low and would need iron tablets,so the next day arrived she was then told she did not have an appointment she was mistaken and it was for the day before ,i told them i was there when my wife made both appointments ,so my wife was then told she didnt need to see the doctor and her blood count was only a little low and the nurse could give her a script for iron tablets ,ok my wife said and also a complaint form ....with that the receptionist came back and said she would like to see me as she had looked into my results a little more and would like to see her ,this did happen and the nurse discussed my wifes health and my wife told her she was a veg eater and nothing else,the nurse said that this explained everything and gave her the script ,so off to the chemist we went that was a week ago and we still have not got her the meds she was told she needs ,as my wife cant take anything with animal products in the chemist said we would have to go back to the doctor as he had been in contact but had nothing back from them ,so my wife phoned constantly to be told its been left with a doctor then was told if you have not had word back by 5.30 get back to us ,5.30 came and went so again phoned to be told by a person called frank to eat greens and anything with iron in...errrr thats why my wife needed the iron in the first place ..TOTAL SHAMBLES OF A DOCTORS SURGERY IN MY BOOK, AND IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MY WIFE ,TRUST ME HEADS WILL ROLL...i am also thinking of seeing a solicitor everything was recorded so i have all the proof we need
